I lived here for 3 years. The staff was always wonderful and really cares about the people living in the community. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new apartment.

I have lived in a lot of apartments and I have to say the staff here at Kingswood the friendliest I have ever felt with. Sandy in the office will do her best to help out anyone as long as it is possible. Rob the maintenance man is so great at his job and also will do whatever he can to get whatever is broken fixed and fixed correctly.
